7. Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of any service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WRTEC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through our services

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WRTEC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of our services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province, China.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly consultation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to arbitration or litigation in accordance with applicable law.

14. Force Majeure

WRTEC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on our website, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and WRTEC concerning our services.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
